I began playing piano by ear at age eight, and began private lessons at age twelve. Two years later I was accepted into the San Francisco Conservatory of Music where I studied Classical Piano.

I began composing music around this time, and began my interest in orchestral music in the traditional sense. It wasn’t until much later that I adopted the idea of adding new age effects and synths to compositions to add life and new elements to the music.

In High School I was privileged enough to accompany the twenty-seven piece vocal ensemble, the “Northern California Jazz Choir” under the direction of Craig Bond, and toured Europe twice, performing at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 1999 and 2002, as well as the Redding Annual Vocal Ensemble Showcase, Music in the Parks (Disneyland, Great America), the Annual Canadian Jazz Festival, and many other festivals and showcases across the western United States.

I have since been a touring pianist and have shared the stage with many artists such as Herb Reed & The Platters, Charo, the Drifters, Nestor Torres, and many others. As well I have been composing music for film and video games and wish to further my career in this field.
